Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine or high end dining service, along with expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails. This role involves delivering attentive, professional service while showcasing a deep understanding of our menu offerings and beverage selections. As a Server, you will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency in a refined environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge, including wine pairings and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, and other specialty drinks with professionalism and flair.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure all food and beverages are presented attractively and served at proper temperatures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, preferably within upscale or fine dining establishments.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Pay: $4.00 - $20.00 per hour
