Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic experienced Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast pos
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cold and hot drinks, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by practicing excellent time management skills in a high-energy environment
• Support guest relations by providing knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and food pairings based on guest preferences
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is mandatory
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of beverage service and basic math for processing transactions
• Ability to handle food safety standards and sanitation protocols diligently
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Food industry knowledge including food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
