Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Server to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role requires familiarity with POS systems, food service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Punctuality and professionalism are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Experience

• Prior food service experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and customer interaction
• Experience with POS systems is highly desirable, ensuring quick and accurate order processing
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for providing excellent guest service

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
