Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide expert beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink recommendations for an elevated experience
• Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations to promote repeat visits

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards
• Solid understanding of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest relations
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $8.50 - $20.00 per hour
