Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed in the kitchen.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive attention throughout their meal.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred; must have at least 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
• RAMP Certification is a plus!
