Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas; bus tables as needed
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink garnishing techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest relations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving tables and processing transactions
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
