Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Support team members with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during each shift

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or kitchen support background is a plus but not required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
