Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash, making change, and processing sales transactions with POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work atmosphere

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales transaction processing to maximize revenue opportunities
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Familiarity with fine dining standards or nightclub environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
• Proven commitment to customer service excellence with a friendly, energetic approach
