Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Server to join our vibrant food service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality and customer service, with extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service that enhances their overall experience. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the seamless operation of our restaurant.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring proper entry and communication with the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating versatility within the food service environment.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service roles, with a background in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to engage guests effectively and create memorable experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
