Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient order handling, and expert beverage and food recommendations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, while maintaining accuracy
• Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages responsibly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Assist with food preparation, sanitation, and other kitchen or dining room duties as needed to support team operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
