Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued in our establishment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to make informed recommendations.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.33 - $24.49 per hour
