Server

Looking for hard-working individuals to join our front of house team as a server! This position provides customers with a welcoming and excellent dining experience, while helping maintain guest satisfaction in welcoming atmosphere.

**** Weekend availability is highly preferred - particularly Friday/Saturday nights and Sunday (lunch/dinner shifts).

**** In North Carolina, staff members must be 18+ to serve alcohol, and 21+ to mix alcoholic beverages for restaurant patrons.

Duties

• Greet & welcome customers and provide attentive service to create a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders
• Maintain accurate menu knowledge to answer patron questions and accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, while maintaining high standards of food handling & sanitation.
• Assist in bussing tables, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while providing great service
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other staff members
