Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced servers to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will create a casual fine dining atmosphere, connect with guests to build regulars and work as a team to execute at high volume. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your personality skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting where passion for food and service excellence is celebrated. Servers will make $5 per hour plus tips.

Duties

• Adhere to service standards. Establish and maintain standards and consistency between all servers.
• Connect with customers to create personalized experiences and grow our base of regulars.
• Utilize Toast POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in casual to fine dining service. Minimum 1-year full-service server experience required. Must work with as a team.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails and fine dining preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
