Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other digital tools
• Upsell menu items, wine pairings, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one; experience with food handling and sanitation practices is preferred
• Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.77 - $27.42 per hour
