Responsibilities

• Menu knowledge, allergen comprehension and anticipation of all service needs
• Moving between customer service and hospitality and applying both between service
• Greet and seat customers, in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation accuracy and delivery.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with food handling safety standards at all times.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is preferred.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with both guests and team members.

Schedule

• Must have weekend availability, pick up shifts.
• Part-time to start.
