We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting a lively, upscale dining environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages professionally, including drink service with spirits experience and cocktail preparation skills
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transaction processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and food handling as needed
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Qualifications

• Proven food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting team members
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $2.13 - $20.00 per hour
