Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
• Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all aspects of food service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of the food industry
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in hospitality settings
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required
• Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
