Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods with strong time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Basic math skills for accurate order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling
• Experience with food preparation, serving, and food industry standards is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills focused on guest services and teamwork
