Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Clean and closing with serving team

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles is advantageous but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting
