Server

Republic Hospitality Group is hiring experienced Servers to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. Servers are responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining company standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive, and engaging guest service while anticipating and accommodating guest needs.
• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend food, beverages, and daily specials.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system, communicate dietary restrictions and allergies, and process guest payments.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while following all alcohol service regulations and company standards.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with Front-of-House, Back-of-House, and management to ensure smooth service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach while participating in required meetings and training.

Training & Certification Requirements

• Completion of Republic Hospitality Group's in-venue server training.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Food Handling Certification.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bar or restaurant serving experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge preferred.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working around hot kitchen equipment and cleaning materials.

Pay: $7.50 - $25.00 per hour
