Job Summary

Eggslut is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to help create a welcoming experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant, communicating with customers, and helping the team deliver accurate, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer questions about menu items.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Explain menu options and communicate food allergies or special requests to the kitchen team.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly when table service is part of the assigned role.
• Check order accuracy and respond professionally to customer questions.
• Maintain clean dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.
• Help restock supplies and prepare the service area for opening and closing.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, serving, cashier, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy breakfast restaurant.
• Attention to detail when entering orders and handling payments.
• Teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine restaurant duties.
• Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler certification if required by the employer.
