Shogun Japanese Grill & Sushi is entering an exciting new chapter under the leadership of DLKK Hospitality!

We're looking for experienced, friendly, and motivated Servers to join our team as we introduce a refreshed dining experience, elevated service standards, and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous full-service restaurant experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and common cocktails.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of menu items and alcoholic beverages.
• Work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.
• Help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
