About the role

This is a Server / Guest Relations Officer position in a food and beverage establishment. You will be responsible for welcoming and directing guests, providing menu information, serving food and beverages according to service standards, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Provide menu information and assist guests with their needs throughout their dining experience.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Greeter, Guest Relations Officer, Server, Waiter, or in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Well-groomed with good communication skills.
• Friendly, honest, disciplined, and service-oriented.
• Able to work effectively in a team and on a shift basis.
