Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS ensuring clarity and attention to detail
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness of tables

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus but not a requirement, as we will train the right candidate
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and process sales efficiently
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not mandatory
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
