Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices

Skills:

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Proficient in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
• Strong cash handling skills
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain a clean dining area
• Excellent salesmanship to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing
• Exceptional guest relations skills to provide personalized service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
