Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Oak & Reed. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our customers. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for Thursday | Friday | Saturday | Saunday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
