Server

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to provide attentive service and create a welcoming dining experience for guests. This role involves greeting customers, explaining menu options, taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders accurately, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house team members. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and menu options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate special requests and dietary concerns clearly to kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and verify order accuracy.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to requests.
• Process payments and provide receipts according to restaurant procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked tables and service stations.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests.
• Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers.
• Address routine guest concerns professionally and notify a supervisor when needed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.
• Support opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional communication style.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
• Willingness to learn menu items, POS procedures, and service standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the restaurant team.
• Must meet applicable local requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, if the role includes alcohol service.
