Server – Catfish Village

Catfish Village is looking for an experienced, dependable server to join our team. We take pride in providing friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We're looking for someone who works well with others, stays organized, and can handle a busy dining room.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate orders and enter them using Toast POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Manage individual orders and split checks accurately, especially when serving large parties.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized dining and service areas.
• Assist cashiers with customer payments when needed.
• Complete daily opening, closing, and assigned side work.
• Work cooperatively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Experience serving large groups is a plus.
• Current Texas Food Handler Card required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to working scheduled shifts.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is helpful but not required.

We use Sling for scheduling and Sage HR for employee payslips.
