Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable or other reservation tools
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special needs
• Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments is preferred; nightclub or host/hostess experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest relations
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
• Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
