10:30 AM - 2:15 PM, 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Fixed schedule around 16 hours/week.

A well established Thai restaurant in Raleigh, NC is looking for a server to join the team!

About Us:

The small, casual restaurant offers a warming atmosphere with authentic Thai served fresh at the right time or a quick, easy grab if someone needs to order on the go.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about our menu.
• Follow food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Actively monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain cleaning duties throughout the day and at the end of the day to keep the front-of-house tidy and safe.
• Prep and restock the server stations for the day and for your team the next day if necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous server/front-of-house service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Good communication and time management skills to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: Starting rate (wage + average tips) is at least $20.00 per hour

*Training rate set at $12.00 per hour

*Employee-sponsored insurance only offered to full time employees working at least 30 hours a week.
