Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a server or bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Sanitize all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment to maintain health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service of food items alongside beverages.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings to provide informed service.
• Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Familiarity with Toast Tables or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of nightclub operations is beneficial but not required.
• Must be able to perform bussing duties as needed during peak hours.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace.
