WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet guests like you're happy to see them
• Know the menu and help guests find their new favorite
• Take orders, run food, keep drinks full, keep your section clean
• Serve alcohol responsibly
• Back up your teammates — we all run food for each other
• Handle your opening, running, and closing side work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Great attitude and real hospitality — that's the whole job
• High energy and a team-first mindset
• Able to ring in tickets on a POS and make correct change
• On your feet for a full shift, able to carry up to 25 lbs
• 18 or older (required to serve alcohol in Texas)

No restaurant experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and train the rest. Every new server completes full Jakes training before working a shift alone.
