Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation, food handling, and ensuring proper sanitation in line with health regulations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service enhances your candidacy
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs effectively
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is a plus for dynamic service environments
