We are seeking a professional and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional hospitality, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the high standards of the RokuNana dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Base Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
