Server

The Server is responsible for providing friendly and attentive customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining experience. This role works closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver accurate orders, maintain dining-area cleanliness, and uphold the restaurant's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them through the dining experience.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Communicate special requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns politely.
• Process payments and manage bills accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Inform management about customer feedback or service issues.
• Support opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming attitude.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and hospitality abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.
• Good memory, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and dining-service standards.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude.
• Ability to remain calm during busy shifts.

Pay: $23.57 - $28.39 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
