Overview

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring every visit is memorable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast and OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including cocktail options and wine pairings

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required (especially fine dining or high-volume environments)
• Familiarity with POS systems. Our restaurants utilize Toast tablets.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle money responsibly
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
