Lucky Cat Steak is a Korean-style American steakhouse inspired by Gordon Ramsay’s travels through Asia and the United States. The restaurant brings together premium cuts, robata wood-fire cooking, thoughtful sides, and an elevated wine and cocktail program in the heart of Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. We are looking for passionate, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers to join the Lucky Cat Steak team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive through the final farewell.

As a Server at Lucky Cat Steak, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service while representing the Gordon Ramsay brand and the Lucky Cat Steak experience. You will have a strong understanding of the menu, premium steaks and ingredients, beverage offerings, and service standards, allowing you to confidently guide guests through their dining experience.

The ideal candidate is engaging, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You understand that exceptional service is about more than taking an order—it is about anticipating needs, creating memorable experiences, and making every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression of Lucky Cat Steak.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food, ingredients, preparation methods, and menu offerings.
• Develop strong knowledge of premium steaks, including specialty cuts and Wagyu offerings.
• Explain robata cooking techniques and menu items in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverage offerings and make appropriate recommendations.
• Guide guests through the menu based on their preferences, dietary needs, and occasion.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Monitor timing and pacing of each table throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide attentive service.
• Maintain awareness of table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining a polished presentation.
• Work closely with the culinary, bar, host, and management teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance and service station.
• Consistently uphold Lucky Cat Steak and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' standards of hospitality and service.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service.
• Confidence discussing premium steaks and ingredients with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs.
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed menu and product knowledge.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
