We are looking for an experienced, passionate Server who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment a table is seated to the moment they leave. Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and present our family-style menu with confidence, offering detailed descriptions of dishes, daily specials, and wine pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Guide guests through our wine list with knowledge and enthusiasm, making thoughtful recommendations that complement our Italian menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring timely and correct delivery to every table.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and wine selections to elevate the guest experience and support the restaurant's sales goals through genuine, knowledgeable suggestive selling.
• Maintain impeccable table standards throughout service — including crumbing, resetting, glassware management, and keeping the dining room clean and organized at all times.
• Operate as a true team player by supporting fellow servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service for every guest in the restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while upholding the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Manage guest relations with professionalism — addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring complete satisfaction from start to finish.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS system.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment is required; family-style or Italian dining experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated wine knowledge, including grape varietals, Italian wine regions, and the ability to confidently guide guests through a wine list.
• Proven commitment to teamwork — candidates must understand that the success of each shift depends on every team member supporting one another.
• Strong attention to table maintenance and the ability to keep a clean, reset, and properly set dining room throughout a busy service.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable for reservation management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during high-volume service.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and health regulation compliance.
