We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers!

Ray’s Pizza is a locally operated restaurant dedicated to providing delicious food, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Server, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers throughout their dining experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions.
• Take and process carryout and pickup orders.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables between customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room.
• Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and other supplies.
• Assist kitchen staff and coworkers when needed.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties.
• Help with general restaurant cleaning and operations during slower periods.
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety procedures, and sanitation standards.

Teamwork is important at Ray’s Pizza. All employees are expected to assist with reasonable restaurant duties when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred, but NOT required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have open availability Tuesday through Sunday.
• Must be willing to assist with general restaurant duties as needed.

Work Schedule & Availability

Ray’s Pizza is CLOSED every Monday!

• Monday: Guaranteed day off — restaurant closed.
• Tuesday–Sunday: Open availability required.
• Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts may be scheduled.
• Weekly schedules and hours will vary based on business needs.
• Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on staffing requirements.

While we require open availability, we understand that employees may have school, family responsibilities, appointments, or other personal commitments.

Management is willing to work with employees to accommodate scheduling needs whenever reasonably possible.

Scheduling requests are subject to business needs and management approval.
