Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately; handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Use OpenTable for reservations management and coordinate guest seating efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to foster guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Background in culinary arts or food industry roles supports understanding of menu items and food handling standards
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence are essential for success
