Server – Full Time

Emberwood Kitchen + Bar is hiring full-time servers. We're a neighborhood restaurant on Katy Freeway in Memorial with a craft cocktail program, a new wine list, and a growing private dining and catering business. We want servers who know the product, read a table well, and want to grow with us.

What you'll do

• Run your section from greeting to close with warm, attentive service
• Know the menu, cocktails, and wine list well enough to recommend with confidence
• Work with the bar, kitchen, and managers to keep tickets moving on busy nights
• Reset and maintain your section, and support side work and closing duties

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of full-service serving experience (fine dining or upscale casual a plus)
• Calm under pressure and a strong team player
• Available nights and weekends; open availability is a plus
• Food handler certification, or willing to get it

Growth

Servers who show the interest and skill have the opportunity to grow into craft cocktail bartending.

Pay: $2.13/hr plus tips

Schedule: Full time

Base Pay: $2.13 per hour
