We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros. Prior experience in hospitality, food handling, and restaurant operations is highly valued. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha, Micros, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and resetting for new guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including table clearing and sanitation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, or OpenTable is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and sales performance
