Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items like cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining spaces for new guests
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous
• Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to perform basic math for processing cash transactions accurately

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
