Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers and Food Runners. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and answer customer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Check on guests during their meals and respond to their requests promptly.
• Clear tables, replace cutlery, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Set up tables and prepare the restaurant before service.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
• Support other restaurant operations as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and perform well under pressure.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry food trays safely.
