About the role

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating as required.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and feedback.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for smooth service.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently.
• Process bills and payments accurately, when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A team-oriented mindset and passion for delivering excellent service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
