Wyndemere Country Club (WCC) in Naples, Florida, is seeking a professional, service-driven Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering elevated dining experiences and building meaningful connections with members and their guests.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Server is responsible for providing attentive, personalized, and professional dining service to Wyndemere Members and their guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor and Food & Beverage leadership team, this role supports daily dining operations by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Successful servers are team players who remain composed under pressure, communicate effectively, and consistently exceed member expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests warmly and professionally, always using names.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations tailored to Member preferences
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system (Clubessential)
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while managing multiple tables efficiently
• Check in with members throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Address service concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces
• Reset tables efficiently and assist with dining room flow and service support
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Adhere to all Club policies, procedures, and service standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support fellow Team members and contribute positively to the overall service environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience in a fine-dining, high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club environment required

Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding member service while working collaboratively with a team
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to stand, walk, and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods

Education & Certifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role
• ServeSafe Food Handler certification preferred
