Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Jonas POS system, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Demonstrated ability in wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates

Pay: From $11.98 per hour
