Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, self-motivated server for our casual dining experience with our top-notch North End Boise guests. You can look forward to a relaxed environment with no uniforms, a high degree of independence to interact with tables however works best for you, no scripts, no micromangement. No hostess means a server may go from 1 table to 6 tables in a span of 15 minutes, level-headed under pressure and willingness to adapt to periods of high stress are key. Preferred minimum 2 years serving experience, familiarity with Toast, and 21 years or older with basic beer knowledge. If you have this particular set of skills and value the small business atmosphere and are a fan of free shift beer this is a perfect opportunity to serve the best neighborhood of polite, patient, and generous customers in Boise. (I say that with complete sincerity and some authority after 20 years in the industry throughout this city)

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
