Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the SkyTab POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large parties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary.
