Server

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Servers to provide excellent dining experiences and ensure high-quality customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service

Present menus, explain menu items, and answer customer inquiries accurately

Take food and beverage orders efficiently while ensuring order accuracy

Memorize menu items, ingredients, promotions, and restaurant procedures

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Serve food and beverages according to company service standards

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to customer requests or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations

Process customer payments accurately when necessary

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times

Support restaurant operations during peak hours and high-volume service periods

Qualifications:

Good communication and memorization skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
